This album traces a search for steadiness and inner balance. It approaches composure as an ideal while translating the ongoing process of finding one’s centre amid shifting emotions and thoughts into music.
Mount Parnassus and the nine Muses form the symbolic framework for this journey. Delphi, known in ancient Greece for the oracle of Apollo, lies on the slopes of Mount Parnassus; the mountain is also closely associated with the Muses, divine figures connected with poetry, music, and artistic inspiration. The album unfolds as a fictional dialogue in which seekers address their questions to the Muses and each Muse responds in turn.
Here, wisdom does not mean a single or definitive answer. Composure is understood not as the suppression of emotion, but as a way of continually adjusting one’s balance through changing circumstances. Each track records this exchange of questions and responses through a distinct voice, atmosphere, and sound.

이 앨범은 흔들리지 않는 마음과 내면의 균형을 찾아가는 과정을 담고 있습니다. 평정심을 하나의 이상으로 바라보는 동시에, 감정과 번뇌 속에서 중심을 찾아가는 여정을 음악으로 풀어냈습니다.
파르나소스산과 아홉 명의 뮤즈는 이 여정을 구성하는 상징입니다. 파르나소스산 기슭에는 고대 그리스에서 아폴론의 신탁으로 알려진 델포이가 자리하며, 산은 시와 음악, 예술적 영감에 관련된 뮤즈들과도 깊이 연결되어 있습니다. 앨범은 지혜를 구하는 이들이 뮤즈들에게 질문을 건네고, 각 뮤즈가 이에 응답하는 가상의 대화로 전개됩니다.
여기에서 지혜는 하나의 명확한 해답을 뜻하지 않습니다. 평정심 또한 감정을 억누르는 상태가 아니라, 변화하는 상황 속에서도 중심을 조율해가는 태도에 가깝습니다. 각 트랙은 이 질문과 응답의 과정을 서로 다른 목소리와 분위기, 사운드로 기록합니다.
